These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Adiyogi Alliances platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by SacredBonds Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India and registered in Telangana.
By registering, accessing, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms supersede and replace any prior terms and conditions that may have been published in connection with the Services.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements, at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.
You must register an account to use most features of the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@adiyogialliances.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Each person may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted and may result in suspension of all associated accounts without notice or refund.
You must not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity, age, gender, or any other information on your profile. Profiles must represent real individuals and may not be created on behalf of another person without their explicit consent, except where a family member is assisting with profile creation on behalf of an eligible user who is aware of and consents to the profile.
The Services are provided solely for the purpose of facilitating genuine matchmaking and serious relationships. You may use the Services only for this intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Adiyogi Alliances is a platform for genuine seekers committed to conscious living and serious relationships. All users are expected to interact with respect, integrity, and sincerity. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate against any user whose conduct is inconsistent with the spirit and purpose of the platform.
You are solely responsible for all content you submit, post, or display on the Services, including your profile information, photographs, messages, and any other material ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you represent and warrant that:
By submitting Your Content to the Services, you grant SacredBonds Private Limited an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, with the right to sublicense, to use, store, display, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, distribute, and otherwise exploit Your Content in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose related to operating, improving, promoting, or developing the Services or our business. This licence survives deletion of Your Content or termination of your account to the extent necessary for us to fulfil our legal obligations or legitimate business purposes.
SacredBonds Private Limited reserves the absolute and unconditional right to review, approve, reject, remove, restrict, or take any other action with respect to any profile, photograph, message, or other content at any time, for any reason or no reason, at our sole and final discretion, without prior notice, without explanation, and without liability of any kind. Our moderation decisions are final. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.
We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any content submitted by users. You rely on other users' content entirely at your own risk. We strongly encourage all users to exercise their own judgment and conduct their own due diligence before meeting anyone in person or taking any relationship forward.
Profile photographs must be genuine photographs of yourself. The following are not permitted: images that do not clearly show your face, photographs of other people, cartoon or illustrated images, images of objects or landscapes, obscene or inappropriate images, or any image that misrepresents your identity or appearance. We reserve the right to remove any photograph we consider unsuitable, at our sole discretion.
Certain features of the Services may require payment and may be offered from time to time at our discretion. Pricing, plans, and features are as displayed on our platform and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We make no commitment to offer any particular paid feature or pricing on an ongoing basis.
All payments are processed by third party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the relevant payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
All payments made for any subscription, plan, or feature are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, unused subscription time, or dissatisfaction with the Services or match outcomes. Subscription periods are not extended, paused, or refunded due to any service unavailability, interruption, maintenance, or downtime of any duration, whether planned or unplanned, and regardless of cause.
Where a subscription is purchased, it grants access to the specified features for the stated period. Access ends automatically at the end of the subscription period. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features included in any plan at any time.
If your account is suspended or terminated for any violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies on your purchase.
Our AI matchmaking feature uses artificial intelligence to analyse your profile and conversation history to suggest potentially compatible matches. The AI is a tool to assist your search and does not guarantee any particular outcome, including finding a match, relationship, or life partner.
Suggested matches are based on information provided by users and algorithmic analysis. We make no representation or warranty that AI-suggested matches are genuinely compatible, suitable, safe, or appropriate for any particular user. You are solely responsible for evaluating any match and exercising your own judgment in all interactions.
Conversations with our AI matchmaker are stored and used to improve match quality as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the AI matchmaker, you consent to this processing.
AI systems are imperfect and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unexpected results. We are not liable for any outcome arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated match suggestions or any other AI-powered feature of the Services.
We do not conduct background checks on users. We do not verify the identity, criminal history, marital status, health status, financial situation, intentions, character, or any other information provided by users beyond our standard moderation processes. You are solely and entirely responsible for your own safety and wellbeing when interacting with other users whether on or off the platform.
We are not responsible for the conduct, behaviour, content, representations, or actions of any user of the Services, whether on or off the platform, before, during, or after any interaction facilitated through the Services. All interactions between users are between those users directly. We provide the platform as a tool only and bear no responsibility for how users choose to use it or for any consequences of those interactions.
SacredBonds Private Limited bears absolutely no responsibility for any outcome arising from connections made through the Services, including but not limited to: the quality or suitability of any match, the success or failure of any relationship or marriage, incompatibility between users, misrepresentations made by any user, emotional, psychological, financial, or physical harm, or any other consequence of any connection made through the platform. You use the Services entirely at your own risk.

We are not responsible for any interactions, conduct, incidents, or outcomes that occur outside our platform. Any communication, meeting, or relationship that develops off-platform is entirely at your own risk and outside our control or responsibility.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including our software, design, trademarks, logos, domain names, AI systems, algorithms, and all content created by us, are and will remain the exclusive property of SacredBonds Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use our name, trademarks, logos, or other brand features without our express written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations you provide about the Services are entirely voluntary. We may use such feedback freely and without any obligation, compensation, or attribution to you.

We do not guarantee that you will find a match, partner, or spouse through the Services. We make no representation about the quality, suitability, or availability of any user on the platform. Matchmaking outcomes depend entirely on factors outside our control.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We are not responsible for the conduct, content, representations, or actions of any user of the Services, whether on or off the platform. You interact with other users entirely at your own risk.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of any third party websites, services, payment processors, or resources linked to or from our platform.
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any part thereof at any time without notice or liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SacredBonds Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Deletion of your account constitutes termination of these Terms, subject to provisions that survive termination as set out below.
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, at our absolute and sole discretion, with or without notice, with or without reason, including but not limited to:
We shall not be liable to you for any suspension or termination of your account. No refund shall be due in the event of termination for any reason.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or change any part of the Services at any time without prior notice or liability. We may introduce new features, remove existing features, change pricing, or alter the nature of the Services entirely at our discretion.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and post notice on our platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana. The language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SacredBonds Private Limited regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between us.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without restriction or notice to you.
These Terms do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
