In compliance with Indian law and our platform's purpose of facilitating serious relationships and marriage:

• Women must be at least 18 years of age to register
• Men must be at least 21 years of age to register

We do not knowingly collect information from persons below these ages. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered without consent, please contact us at info@adiyogialliances.com and we will promptly delete the account.

Our AI matchmaker processes your profile information and conversation history to understand your preferences, values, and compatibility factors. This includes:

• Conversations you have with our AI assistant
• Preferences extracted from those conversations
• Matching scores and compatibility assessments generated by the AI

This data is used to improve your match quality and the overall platform experience. We store your conversation history to allow us to refine matching over time.

We use third party AI service providers to power this functionality. These providers may not use your data to train their general models, though your data is processed by their systems as part of delivering the service. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data with confidentiality and in accordance with their published data processing terms.

As a matchmaking platform, sharing certain user information with other users is fundamental to the service we provide. By registering and creating a profile, you acknowledge and consent to your profile information being shared with registered users of the platform as part of the matchmaking service.

May include but is not limited to: your name, photographs, age, gender, city, state, country, education, occupation, religion, caste, community, language, biography, spiritual practices, and relationship preferences. We do not display your email address, date of birth in full, or payment information to other users.

We share information with third party providers who help us operate the platform, including cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, email delivery services, analytics providers, and AI service providers. Our infrastructure includes:

• Primary data storage: Amazon Web Services, Asia Pacific (Hyderabad) region, India
• Email delivery: Amazon Simple Email Service, which may process data through infrastructure outside India including in the European Union

In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or restructuring involving SacredBonds Private Limited, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will post notice on our platform of any such change.

We may disclose your information where required by applicable law, court order, regulatory authority, or government request, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or SacredBonds Private Limited.

Your primary account data, profile information, and messages are stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure located in the Asia Pacific (Hyderabad) region in India.

Email communications are processed through Amazon Simple Email Service infrastructure which may be located outside India including in the European Union. Additional service providers used to operate the platform may process certain data outside India.

If you are located outside India, including in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Canada, or elsewhere, your data is transferred to and processed in India and potentially other regions as described above. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer and processing. We implement appropriate measures to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our Services and fulfil the purposes described in this Policy. When you delete your account:

• Your profile and personal information will be permanently deleted
• Your message history will be permanently deleted
• Block records are retained indefinitely to protect the safety of other users, even after account deletion
• Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes: fraud prevention, audit trails, dispute resolution, and legal defence
